Intellipostify ("we," "us," or "our") operates the Intellipostify social media scheduling platform. This Privacy Policy informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data when you use our Service and the choices you have associated with that data.

B. Social Media Data (Platform Data)

When you connect your social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) to Intellipostify, we collect data necessary to provide our scheduling service, complying with each platform's Developer Policies:

• Facebook/Instagram: We collect your Page/Account ID, Page Name, Profile Picture, and Access Tokens. We also access post analytics (Likes, Views, Reach) to generate reports for you.

• Data Usage: We only use this data to publish posts on your behalf and display performance insights. We do not sell, rent, or share your social media data with third parties.

2. How We Use Your Data

Intellipostify uses the collected data for various purposes:

• To provide and maintain the Service (e.g., scheduling your posts).

• To notify you about changes to our Service.

• To provide customer care and support.

• To detect, prevent, and address technical issues.

   

3. Data Retention

We will retain your Personal Data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy.

• Social Media Data: We retain your social media tokens only as long as you keep your account connected. If you disconnect an account, we delete the associated access tokens immediately.

   

4. Data Transfer

Your information, including Personal Data, may be transferred to—and maintained on—computers located outside of your state, province, country, or other governmental jurisdiction where the data protection laws may differ than those from your jurisdiction.

• If you are located outside India and choose to provide information to us, please note that we transfer the data to India and process it there.

We may disclose your Personal Data in the good faith belief that such action is necessary to:

• To comply with a legal obligation.

• To protect and defend the rights or property of Intellipostify.

• To prevent or investigate possible wrongdoing in connection with the Service.

8. User Data Deletion (Facebook/Instagram Compliance)

Intellipostify is a Facebook-compliant application. According to the Facebook Platform rules, we must provide User Data Deletion Callback options or instructions. If you want to delete your activities for the Intellipostify App, you can remove your information by following these steps:

1. Disconnect via Facebook:

   • Go to your Facebook Account’s Settings & Privacy.

   • Click on Settings.

   • Look for Apps and Websites and you will see all of the apps and websites you linked with your Facebook.

   • Search and click "Intellipostify" in the search bar.

   • Scroll and click Remove.

2. Request Permanent Data Deletion:

   • If you wish to have your account and all associated data (including scheduled posts, media, and account history) permanently deleted from our servers, please send an email to our support team.

   • Subject: Data Deletion Request

   • Action: We will verify your request and remove your data from our database within 7 business days.

9. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "effective date" at the top.
